Here’s how we built Tate Pledge, a site dedicated to showcasing philanthropy
About Tate Pledge
The aim of Tate Pledge is to showcase recent charity donations made by Andrew and Tristan Tate. They have been active in philanthropy for over 5 years without publicizing it - including supporting orphanages and dog shelters.
Going Public
They recently made the decision to make their latest donations and efforts public, so we were tasked with building a page to build awareness.
Our Process
Branding was provided to us to work with, and the deadline was 24 hours for the initial mockups. Here’s the steps we took to tackle the project.
1. Identifying needs
Key areas of delivery:
2. Building The Visuals
After completing an initial plan, we moved onto focusing on enhancing the page with more interesting colors (adding the signature Tate Pledge yellow-gold gradient) and maximizing the visual appeal with a creative image and video layout.
3. Development
In the development phase we brought the site to life with animations and optimized page speed, and communicated directly with Tate’s charity team to add the correct list of events.
The page was also made fully responsive to fit all screen sizes to ensure a consistent experience.
