We built Justin Waller’s official website and helped to increase conversions
Who is Justin Waller?
Rising up from humble beginnings in Louisiana, Justin Waller is the CEO of RedIron, one of the largest metal building companies in the US, and known for his motivational content online.
Justin and his team approached me to create a high-converting website to funnel his viewers into customers of The Real World and The War Room.

Our Approach
Here’s the step-by-step strategy we used to identify issues and optimize the design of the site to maximize conversions.
1. Analysis of Old design
Some of the issues we identified included:
- Poor readability
- Non-intuitive layout
- Low contrast background & colors
2. User-Centric Design
Based on the analysis, we focused on simplifying the user journey, and ensuring intuitive and seamless interactions throughout the page.
3. Layout Optimization
We reorganized content in an intuitive order and adding more visual elements to create a better reading experience, and also added clearer CTAs across the page.
4. Visual Overhaul
We employed a dark blue background and a strong orange color for buttons to increase contrast and maximize clarity of elements across the site.
5. Responsive Design
The majority of our clients receive most of their traffic from mobile. With that in mind, we made sure Justin’s site was fully responsive and perfectly usable across all screen sizes.
